  • Would you like to shock your faster riding buddies as to how quickly you close the gap to them or complete a century or a multi-day event sooner than you ever imagined possible while crushing your Strava PR's?  Many of CoachBrinton's novice riders have completed a century (100 miles ridden in a single day) or multi-day endurance event within 2 to 4 months.
  • Coach Brinton's periodized training plans will not only make you stronger, faster, and have greater endurance sooner than you imagined possible, you will also perform your very best at just the right time.  You can expect measurable weekly improvements, the elimination of trial and error, and the assurance that you are getting the most from every pedal stroke.
      
  • As a Monthly Program member, you will receive a new personalized training plan each month detailing workouts, power and/or heart rate zones, cadence ranges, elevation gain, mileage, route suggestions, and valuable skill elements to include into your rides.
  • Program refinements and ride analysis are included as needed throughout the month. This communication will help you better understand the "whys" behind every workout, how you should expect to feel, and how to make the best training plan refinements. This is critical to maximize weekly workload and head off overtraining before it starts.
  • Applied into your training will be the most effective ways to break down long climbs, time trials, and repeated rolling hills, while maintaining specific heart rate and/or wattage ranges.  In addition, you will learn and systematically practice the most effective pacing and energy economizing strategies the world's best pros use to win time trials, initiate breakaways, and close gaps.
  • Learning and applying the most effective handling skills, power techniques and pacing strategies combined with a methodically designed training plan will enable you to maintain higher than otherwise possible speeds, greater power outputs, and endurance simultaneously.
  • Riders living within the Southern California area have huge advantage of being coached by Los Angeles based CoachBrinton. He has ridden more than 250,000 miles knows virtually every road you would be training on south of Santa Barbara and north of San Diego.  

B-Program: $250 per mo. ($225 w/Auto Debit Discount)

  • Includes one monthly training plan design phone session while you watch in realtime from your computer, iPad or tablet as your training plan and routes are being created
  • Program also includes training plan revisions, heart rate and/or power numbers analyzed, and post-ride analysis via text or email as needed and rider initiated.
  • The Monthly Training Program is month-to-month with no long-term commitment or multi-month advance payment.
  • Discounted rate of $100 per hour with priority scheduling for all privately coached skill sessions. (Regularly $120 per hour.)

A-Program: $325 per mo. ($300 w/Auto Debit Discount)

  • INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN THE B-PROGRAM, Plus...
  • A longer monthly training plan design phone session to cover detailed analysis of your prior month training to further accelerate your learning.
  • Learn the reason behind why you felt the way you felt during each of your prior months workouts and how you should feel during each of your upcoming workouts.
  • Training plan revisions and discussions of your prior and upcoming rides helping you better understand why you feel and perform the way you do on certain days. These refinements an discussions will be available via phone (rider initiated). 
  • The A-Program is required for: (1) tandem riders; (2) multi-discipline riders such as road and MTN bike; (3) racers wanting to discuss pre-race strategy and post-race critique.

Monthly Program Set-Up Fee$100 (One-Time)

  • There is an initial $100 Set-up Fee which covers the extra time needed to explain how CoachBrinton's BikeLogPro works and to plug you into the file sharing and scheduling systems. 
  • The Set-Up Fee is waived for riders who join the Monthly Training Program on the day of the FAST-Start.
