  • Each of Coach Brinton's periodized training plans and individual workouts are not only designed to make you stronger and faster, but also teach valuable pacing, economizing energy, isolated pedaling in and out-of-the saddle, and other techniques related to rapidly improving your performance and achieving your peak at just the right time. 

  • As a Monthly Program member, you will receive a new personalized training plan each month detailing workouts, power and/or heart rate zones, cadence ranges, elevation gain, mileage, route suggestions, and valuable skill elements to include into your rides.

  • Program refinements and ride analysis are done regularly throughout the month. With each training cycle, you can expect measurable weekly speed and skill improvements, the elimination of trial and error, assurance you are getting the most from every pedal stroke.

  • Continual rider/coach communication throughout the month will help you better understand the "whys" behind every workout, how you should expect to feel, and how to make the best training plan refinements. This is critical to maximize weekly workload and head off overtraining before it starts. 

  • Applied into your training will be the most effective ways to break down climbs, time trials, and repeated rollers, while applying a pre-determined heart rates and/or wattages.  In addition, you will learn and systematically practice the most effective pacing and energy economizing strategies the world's best pros use to initiate breaks and close gaps after getting dropped on climbs or rollers.

  • A common limiter that Coach Brinton helps riders overcome is their ability to attack…it is a technical skill that anyone can develop. A strong attack enables you to expend less energy when closing gaps, exiting corners, and passing over rollers. The benefit for even recreational riders is maintaining much better contact with buddies and starting long climbs with much fresher legs.

  • Learning and applying the most effective power techniques and pacing strategies combined with a methodically designed training plan will enable you to maintain higher than otherwise possible speeds, achieve great max power outputs, and smash your old PR's on your favorite loop or climbs.

  • Brinton offers two Monthly Training Program levels, each offering the highest level of personalized, formula-driven coaching at an affordable price.  

B-Program ($200 monthly*)

  • 45-60 Minute training plan design session and prior month training analysis to maximize productivity of each cycle and accelerate learning.
  • Computer "screen share" allows rider and coach to view the training log as it is updated
  • Training plan revisions, heart rate, and Strava ride analysis via phone, text, and email (weekly as needed, rider initiated)
  • TeamBrinton Exclusive "Winter Fondo Series" Participation, FREE (late Oct - early Dec)
  • Group discussion forum (learn from experiences of other TeamBrinton members)
  • Highest priority scheduling (Privately Coached Rides/Skills Sessions)
  • $80 per hour Privately Coached Ride/Skill Sessions (discounted from $100 per hour)

A-Program ($275 monthly*)

  • 60-75 Minute training plan design session and prior month bicycle training plan analysis to maximize productivity and accelerate learning.
  • Computer "screen share" allows rider and coach to view the training log as it is updated 
  • Training plan revisions, power files, heart rate, and Strava ride analysis via phone, text, and email (daily as needed, rider initiated)
  • Pre-event strategy/post-event discussions (weekly as needed, rider initiated)
  • TeamBrinton Exclusive "Winter Epic Ride" Participation, FREE (late Oct - early Dec)
  • Online discussion forum (learn from experiences of other TeamBrinton members)
  • Highest priority scheduling (Privately Coached Rides/Skills Sessions)
  • $80 per hour Privately Coached Ride/Skill Sessions (discounted from $100 per hour)
